 President  

As President of Parker Commercial, Terry F. Parker directs the explosive growth of the company and spearheads new strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for seeking suitable retail properties and portfolios for acquisition, renovation and repositioning.With over 30 years experience in retail leasing, development, redevelopment and sales, Mr. Parker is well versed in all facets of the real estate services industry including owning and managing a successful commercial real estate brokerage firm. He has also handled several million square feet of retail lease negotiations.Mr. Parker has completed multiple major renovations and repositioning of shopping centers, which included his active participation in all phases of development and renovation, including architectural design and signage, leasing and merchandising, entitlements, governmental approvals, and construction management during and following the shopping center transformation. If the sale of the value-added retail center was part of the owner’s objective, Mr. Parker handled this as well.  Executive Vice President Retail 

David A. Morgan is a 32-year veteran of commercial real estate leasing. Specializing in retail shopping center leasing, Mr. Morgan has been responsible for leasing anchored and unanchored shopping centers located throughout Southern California. Mr. Morgan also has extensive experience in retail tenant representation which allows him to view the negotiation process from both sides of the transaction. Prior to joining Parker Commercial, Mr. Morgan operated his own commercial real estate firm for over 10 years.

Mr. Morgan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He holds a Certified Retail Specialist designation with Parker Commercial and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

 Executive Vice President Retail  

A seasoned real estate veteran, Executive Vice President John Moss' brokerage business at Parker Commercial encompasses land brokerage, investment sales and retail representation. His specialty is the lease-up and sale of retail/office buildings in the South Orange County market. Mr. Moss' strategic planning, market knowledge and finely honed negotiating skills insures that his clients get the maximum value for their transaction.  Prior to joining Parker Commercial, John Moss spent eight years as a Senior Broker at Lee & Associates in Irvine specializing in Orange County commercial development. In this capacity, he exclusively marketed tracts for the Mission Viejo Company, obtaining entitlements, tenants, and buyers of finished office and retail products.  Previously, he spent several years in supervisory capacities with commercial development companies including the Ernest Auerbach Company in Santa Monica and the Dunlap Company in Long Beach, where he had development responsibilities for several large commercial projects including the Malcolm Wilshire Towers in Westwood, the Huntington Harbor Mall in Huntington Beach, and the Hospitality Center in San Bernardino.  Mr. Moss also held the position of Los Angeles Metro Director of Real Estate for Montgomery Ward's where he supervised the addition of new Ward's stores in enclosed malls across Southern California. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness in real estate legal proceedings and as a consultant to various cities in south Orange County for re-development issues.  After a three-year tour of duty with the Army, Mr. Moss received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Ohio State University. He has been active in Rotary International, the Ohio State Alumni and Santa Margarita Boosters.
